Hi,
the easiest way would be to measure directly on your Twingo, depending on the version they are equipped with 13 or 14 inches rims with a different diameter of the brake discs (9,4" or 10,2" + break caliper)... It's to be checked on your Twingo but it is undoubtedly impossible.
The fixing centers (4x100mm) may be different with the Suzuki model and you will need an adaptation spacer (risk of friction on the fenders of the car).
It will also be necessary to change to a greater height of tires to find the same diameter (and speed) of rolling.
